What BWC collects
When you complete the Ballet Growth Score, submit an application, or contact BWC, we may collect the information you provide—such as your name, email, phone number, organization, social media details, business goals, and enrollment or workload estimates.
How BWC uses it
We use your information to calculate and display your Growth Score, review whether our services may be a fit, respond to you, prepare useful strategy conversations, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information.
Client work information
While delivering services, BWC may store content plans, filming briefs, ideas, requests, performance figures, brand information, and links to approved asset or review tools in a private internal workspace. Clients do not need a separate portal. Information is shared only with the BWC team members and providers needed to deliver the agreed work.
Simple website measurement
BWC counts visits to public pages and clicks into its free tools, case studies, service pages, application, direct email, and selected proof links such as owned media, client work, or press. These click events record the page and type of action, not a personal advertising profile. If you arrive through a campaign link, the first page, referring site, and campaign labels may be attached to information you later choose to submit. This first-party measurement does not use advertising cookies. It helps us understand which pages and campaigns produce useful conversations.
Drafts on your device
To prevent lost work, the application and Growth Score can temporarily save unfinished answers in your browser’s session storage. After a completed Growth Score, your contact and organization fields may also carry into the application so you do not have to type them again. This temporary browser data stays on that device and is removed after a successful application or when the browser session ends. You can also clear it through your browser data controls.
Referrals
Clients may share a public BWC resource or make a warm introduction through an agreed communication channel. The referrer should confirm that the person is open to an introduction or gave permission for their information to be shared. BWC uses that information only to understand the introduction and make appropriate contact.
Client feedback and quote permission
Clients can privately describe what is working and suggest improvements through an agreed communication channel. Improvement feedback stays private. BWC may use a positive response publicly only with separate permission, which can be withdrawn by contacting BWC.
Planning estimates
Growth Score values are planning scenarios based on the information you enter. They are not promises or guarantees of reach, revenue, inquiries, or enrollment.
Service providers and storage
Information may be processed or stored by the website, private internal workspace, and communication tools BWC uses to operate the service. Access is limited to authorized BWC team members and providers needed to run those services.
Abuse prevention
Public forms use hidden spam checks and short-lived, one-way technical tokens to limit repeated automated submissions. These tokens are used only to protect the website and expire automatically; they are not used to identify visitors or build profiles.
Your choices
You can ask BWC to update or delete information you submitted by emailing hello@balletworldconnected.com. You can also ask us not to contact you again.
