A clear process

From first idea
to live website.

You bring the knowledge of your organization. We shape the structure, design, and path through it.

  1. 01

    Discover

We agree on your audience, main goal, pages, content, and the tools your site needs to connect with.

  2. 02

    Design

You share your material. We organize the pages and present the visual direction for your feedback.

  3. 03

    Build & refine

We build the agreed site and work through two consolidated revision rounds.

  4. 04

    Launch & hand over

We check the site, connect the domain, and walk you through how updates will work.

Before we begin

Good questions.
Clear answers.

How much does a website cost?

We quote each project after reviewing the pages, content, and functionality you need. You receive a defined scope, timeline, and price before work begins. Domain, hosting, subscriptions, and paid integrations are listed separately.

Can you redesign my existing website?

Yes. Share your current website and what needs to change. We will review what can be retained and whether rebuilding or updating makes more sense. Content migration is scoped separately when needed.

Do I need to provide the content?

You supply your logo, approved photographs or videos, program details, and starting copy. We organize and refine that material for the agreed pages. Full copywriting, photography, video production, or a new brand identity can be discussed separately.

Can people register or book through the website?

We can connect visitors to your existing registration, booking, or ticketing service. Custom registration systems, member areas, and online stores need their own scope and quote.

How long will it take?

The schedule depends on the agreed pages, functionality, content readiness, and feedback. We confirm the timeline before starting. Tell us about any enrollment, audition, or event deadline in your inquiry.

What happens after launch?

Your project includes a handover session. We agree on account ownership, hosting responsibilities, and post-launch support in your proposal. Optional Website Care provides a defined allowance for ongoing content updates.
